Nice Management and Consulting, founded by Steve Nice, is a full service management and consulting company specializing in artist and composer management, synch licensing, and radio promotion consulting.

Steve began as the Sr. Director, Alternative/AAA Promotion at Capitol Records for over 9 years, where he worked with bands such as Coldplay, Radiohead, Beastie Boys and Foo Fighters. Soon after, he joined New West Records, where he spearheaded AAA and Alternative promotion campaigns for Ben Lee, The Drive-By Truckers, and John Hiatt.  In 2005, he joined indie rock label Dangerbird Records as a consultant overseeing all Radio Promotion and Synch Licensing, including the Silversun Pickups single, "Panic Switch" which topped the Billboard Alternative Radio Chart, a first in 11 years for an independent artist. By 2009, Steve began primarily focusing on growing Nice Management and Consulting.    

Over the span of his 22 year career in the music industry, Steve has been a radio consultant for multiple record labels including Capitol, Republic, Sub Pop, RCA, Atlantic, Barsuk and Vagrant Records, working with such artists as Ed Sheeran, Vance Joy, Portugal the Man, Fun, Elle King, Florence and the Machine and Arcade Fire. Through his synch licensing division, Steve has placed music in dozens of films, including the second installment in the hit “Twilight” saga, “New Moon”, and television shows such as ABC’s hit drama, "Grey's Anatomy”, Showtime’s “Shameless”, the CW’s “Riverdale” and “Arrow", CBS’ “Elementary" and NBC’s “The Blacklist."  He has also placed music in commercials for several major brands such as Google, Apple, and Chevy- as well as in video games such as Guitar Hero, EA Sports’ Madden, and Rock Band.

Nice Management manages UK artist Scars on 45, Musician, Songwriter, and Producer Brandon Eugene Owens, Songwriter and Guitarist Alain Whyte, acclaimed NYC band Goldspot, Producer and Mixer Chris Sorem, and LA band The Donnies The Amys.

Additionally, Steve manages the composing careers of film and television composers Siddhartha Khosla from Goldspot (“This Is Us,” “The Runaways,” and “The Royals”), J. Paul Garber from Year of the Rabbit (“Lopez” and assistant composer on “The Runaways” and “The Royals”), and Mike Fiore from Faces On Film (“The Comment Section” and assistant composer on “The Royals”).
